How to place an Order

Online Order Procedure
To place an order, you must follow our online order procedure. After selecting the products and quantities you wish to purchase and adding them to the shopping cart, you can view your order by clicking on ‘view cart’. You can also view the content of your cart at any time by clicking on the little cart icon in the menu bar. After reviewing your order and verifying that products and amounts are correct, please click on the green button ‘proceed to checkout’. On the next page you will be asked to choose a payment method and provide us with your personal data, such as name, billing and shipment addresses. Before clicking on the button ‘place order’, you will have to accept our terms and conditions by ticking the little box. You will now be taken to the payment gateway where you can authorise the payment for your order.

Confirmation Emails
Once we register your order, you will receive an email with your order details confirming that we have received your order. After your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email. Once your order is packed and has been shipped, we will send you another email letting you know that your order is on its way.

Availability of Products
All orders are subject to the availability of products. If any products are out of stock, we will inform you by email and either offer you an alternative product or a refund. You are free to decline the alternative product.

Payment Processing Errors
If there is an error during the payment processing, you will receive an email informing you about the error. If we are not able to process the payment, your order will be put on hold. Please contact us at info@lubulona, so that we can determine further steps regarding your order.
